Upon Non-Compliant Closure, the HPRP will notify Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) that your case has been closed non-compliant. LARA will review the closure and one of two actions will be initiated:
- Consent Orders that suspend the license a minimum period of one day and then (within six months) allow automatic reinstatement of the license upon compliance with HPRP treatment recommendations; if the HPRP file is closed non-compliant and the license is suspended, the noncompliant file closure is not processed for further discipline. The licensee will be required to petition for reinstatement of the suspended license as directed by that type of Order. A new disciplinary action is not needed.
- All other non-compliant file closures are processed as Consent Order violations and forwarded for further disciplinary review/action.
Any further questions regarding your case will need to be directed to the State of Michigan’s Licensing Section at 517-335-0918.
