My provider told me that he/she approves of me going back to work and has completed a Return to Work assessment. Why is my case manager telling me I cannot return to work right now?

The Return to Work process requires two steps. The first step is your provider submits clinical recommendations on the “Return to Work Assessment” which notifies HPRP that you are safe to practice. The second step is your case manager completes a “Worksite Confirmation” with the proposed worksite and presents the information to Team Review for HPRP approval.
