My worksite monitor is having trouble with submitting his/her quarterly worksite monitor report. What do you recommend that I do to stay in compliance?

Your worksite monitor can contact your case manager for assistance with logging into the HPRP website to complete the quarterly worksite monitor report. If your worksite monitor still is unable to access the account, it is suggested that your IT department assists your worksite monitor with logging in to the HPRP website. Ultimately, if your worksite monitor cannot complete the quarterly reports, you will be required to identify a new worksite monitor.
