What happens at TEAM Review?

During TEAM Review in the intake phase of HPRP, each licensee’s case is presented to determine what type of monitoring agreement is appropriate based on clinical recommendations and their initial HPRP evaluation.  Once a licensee enters a monitoring agreement, their case can be taken to TEAM for a number of reasons including: requesting to change any aspect of the monitoring agreement (i.e. switching addictionists or therapists), requesting approval for employment, positive urine drug screen results or noncompliance with monitoring agreement requirements. The TEAM will make a decision on a case-by-case basis utilizing the recommendations of each licensees treating providers.
