What types of issues should I, as a worksite monitor, report to HPRP between quarterly reports?

The worksite monitor should immediately contact HPRP if there is any concerns with their licensee’s abstinence, job performance and/or mental, emotional or physical state. Other issues that should be reported include; a licensee working more hours than delineated in their monitoring agreement, working an unapproved shift or having unapproved access to controlled substances.
