• Veterinary Medicine

A licensee’s participation in the HPRP is voluntary. Regardless of how a licensee is referred to the program, the licensee ultimately decides whether to participate. However, they are informed that choosing not to participate after a referral will result in notification to LARA. The licensed health professional may call 1-800-453-3784 to self-report their concerns and begin the intake process.
