An HPRP-paneled therapist provides individual and/or group therapy to HPRP licensees. An HPRP-paneled therapist must have a minimum of five (5) years’ postgraduate experience working with substance use as a primary diagnosis, as well as their full and unrestricted professional licensure.

HPRP-paneled therapists provide individual and group interventions according to the licensee’s treatment plan. Therapists are required to provide quarterly reports to the HPRP on the licensee’s progress.
