Licensees can only be referred by: self-referrals another licensed healthcare professional licensing board and/or the Bureau Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)

LARA must refer you to the HPRP if your license is expired, lapsed, suspended, or revoked.
Students who are applying for a limited or educational license or who are applying for a license/registration may be eligible for the HPRP.
Once a Licensee self-reports or is referred by an eligible entity to the HPRP (i.e.; Licensing and Regulatory Affairs or another licensed health professional), they are enrolled in the intake process.
