If my health professional license is expired, lapsed, suspended or revoked, can I self-report to the HPRP?
LARA must refer you to the HPRP if your license is expired, lapsed, suspended, or revoked.
Are Students eligible for HPRP?
Students who are applying for a limited or educational license or who are applying for a license/registration may be eligible for the HPRP.
If I am referred to HPRP, when am I officially ?enrolled? in HPRP?
Once a Licensee self-reports or is referred by an eligible entity to the HPRP (i.e.; Licensing and Regulatory Affairs or another licensed health professional), they are enrolled in the intake process.
